My historical recollection on "Agape Grand Lodge" is different than Isomeme's. What I remember is that under H.A., there was "Thelema Grand Lodge," which collapsed the functions of (inter)national administration into a local body. When H.B. took over in the mid 80's, he created "Agape Grand Lodge" (with every official sanction) to clearly differentiate the national administrative entity from Thelema Lodge. When the US Grand Lodge was incorporated separately from International Headquarters in 1996, the name Agape was dropped, in favor of the simpler and more traditional "Country X Grand Lodge." --Paradoxosalpha 11:47, 27 Sep 2004 (EDT)
