Boleskine House, Loch Ness, Scotland
Boleskine House was the estate of Aleister Crowley from 1899 to 1913. It is located on the South-Eastern shore of Loch Ness in Scotland at latitude 57.14 N., longitude 4.28 W. It is pronounced boll-ESS-kin.
He purchased the home in order to perform the operation found in The Book of the Sacred Magick of Abra-Melin the Mage (see Abramelin). In order to perform it, Crowley (1989) says,
