The Torah, or Written Law, is defined by the Jewish Virtual Library as follows:

The narrowest definition of the Torah is a scroll of kosher animal parchment, on which is written the Five Books of Moses.

More often it refers to the Five Books of Moses in any medium, including digital.

It can also refer to the entirety of Jewish Law, including the various commentaries.
