Karma is a writer, editor, teacher of college English and composition, Thelemite, martial artist, graduate student in English Literature, worrywart, and rootworker. She has been an initiate of the OTO for twelve years and a student of magick, yoga, religion, and mythology since childhood (hippie parents). She is currently researching the EGC saint Swinburne's influences on the figure of the Victorian Poetess, and has recently begun inquiries into occult hurricane propitiation rituals involving the orisha Oya and small tins of Spam (tm).
