	*[[Set]] Fighting ([[Earth]]): Stand with right foot slightly advanced , right arm streatched at about 45° upward angle and left arm streatched at about 45° downward angle.

	*[[Air]]: Stretch both arms upwards and outwards, the elbows bent at 90° angles, the head bent back, the palms upwards as if supporting a weight.

	*[[Water]]: Stand with feet together and touch thumb to thumb and forefinger to forefinger (creating a downward triangle) over the solar plexus.

	*[[Fire]]: Stand with feet together and touch thumb to thumb and forefinger to forefinger (creating an upward triangle) over the forehead.

	*Render the [[veils\|Veil]]: As if you were opening the curtains move both hands (pressed together) forward and move them apart.

	*Close the Veil: Reverse the Rendering of the Veil.

	*Sign of [[Horus]]: Step forward while throwing arms forth (as if you were diving forward).

	*Sign of [[Hoor-Paar-Kraat]]: Touch thumb or forefinger to lower lip.
