Joseph Thiebes is Priest of Ecclesia Gnostica Catholica and artist living in Portland, Oregon. In addition to contributing substantially to Thelemapedia, he is also editor of Agapé, and was editor of Lion & Serpent from 2000-2005 e.v. More can be found at the links below.
