This article seems a little preachy and pendantic as it stands: "it must be brought by us thelemites"?

Also, it is a bit odd to oppose "kteis" to "phallus," since the former is Greek and the latter Latin. Although Crowley used the term kteis on occasion, it was more typical for him (following in the footsteps of the phallicists of earlier centuries) to use the term yoni--even when the complement is phallus rather than lingam. Also, kteis is a derogative term in Greek, on the order of "cunt." (It literally means "comb.") The best Greek translation for yoni would be kolpos. --Paradoxosalpha 00:50, 21 Jan 2005 (CST)
